MS PRINTING SOLUTIONS

MS rotary tables have been a true evolution in the high-quality discontinuous printing market of those years. to the point of becoming best sellers both in Italy and in the whole world. They allowed occupied space reduction. increase of printing precision and growth in productivity thanks to their basic principle: keep the printing stations fixed while having the fabric moving.

The engraving laser for mesh screens enabled speed increase and improved precision in the realisation of mesh screens. It marked a growth in the performance. from the design phase in a computer to the screen mesh ready for the printing process.

MS flat continuous printing machines were designed to satisfy the needs that the printing market demanded back then: versatility. precision. productivity. ergonomics for workers. automation.

MS rotary printing machines met the needs of that time: productivity and flexibility. always paying attention to quality. in a scenario where designs and variants were increasing more and more.

To satisfy the need for precision. MS introduced a belt control system that checked every single repositioning of the carpet in every printing station so that they were repositioned in the exact printing area of the first printing station. This system was so far-sighted and avant-garde that. in time. it has been adapted and reused on other MS machines. such as the LaRio.

The automatic MS10 cart was the solution to high-quality screen printing needs. The computerised management system enabled to a wide range of operational programmes as continuous or alternated printing. printing in two directions. normal or high squeegee cycles. printing cycles for sampling. designs archive.
